Hines, City Clerk <br />Cecille Hayles, Contract Administrator/Paralega~ <br /> <br />January 15, 2004 <br /> <br />Re: Your Memorandum of January 5, 2004 <br /> <br />In response to your memorandum referenced above, which queries whether a contract should be <br />prepared for Beiswenger, Hoch & Associates, for consultant services on the Central Island <br />Stormwater Drainage, which proposal for services has already been approved by the City <br />Commission at public hearing. This a question I believe should be directed to the City Attorney for <br />clarification, as it involves a matter of policy since the contract is being created after approva1. <br />Therefore, I will forward a copy of this memo, along with your query to the City Attorney's office <br />for further directives. <br /> <br />Please accept my apologies for not responding to you earlier, but I was out of the office on vacation <br />and have only returned this past Monday, January 12th. <br /> <br />Ch <br />Attachments <br /> <br />Cc: Lynn M.
