Engineering permit applications, <br />plans, and support data shall be prepared for submittal to <br />the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), <br />Miami-Dade County, DERM, the Florida Department of <br />Environmental Protection (FDEP), and the City of Sunny <br />Isles for approval and/or informational purposes as <br />appropriate. <br /> <br />FEE: Lump Sum of $3,640. <br /> <br />NOTE: The fee for this phase does not include <br />environmental services associated with the SFWMD <br />permitting process. <br /> <br />On-Site Engineering Revisions - Consultant shall revise <br />engineering plans and cross sections for on-site <br />improvements due to proposed modifications. Plan . <br />changes shall include paving, grading, storm drainage <br />system; water distribution system; and gravity sewage <br />collection system revisions. In addition, Consultant shall <br />coordinate changes as required by the Client, DERM and <br />WASD. <br /> <br />FEE: Lump Sum of $ 4,300. <br /> <br />Off-Site Drainage Coordination - Consultant shall <br />coordinate off-site drainage improvements with the Client <br />and BH&A Consulting Engineering. In addition, Consultant <br />shall prepare the on-site plans and cross sections to <br />address the off-site drainage coordination revisions and <br />include the applicable off-site drainage improvements with <br />the on-site engineering system. Revisions required by the <br />City upon review of the 50%, 90%, and 100% submittals <br />are included in this fee. <br /> <br />FEE: Lump Sum of $ 1,600. <br /> <br />Off-site Engineering Revisions - Consultant shall prepare <br />engineering plans and specifications for off-site <br />improvements as follows: Drop-off/on-street parking areas, <br />including drainage, grading and signing and marking <br />modifications, sidewalk improvements and pedestrian <br />walkway improvements.
