<br /><J <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />') <br /><./ <br /> <br />The completion of these initial tasks will enable the consultants to compile an in depth <br />profile of each department's operations reflecting each respective department's staffmg, <br />procedural and operational practices and the city from an overall perspective. <br /> <br />At the conclusion of this task, the consultants will present their initial findings to the City <br />and discuss specific areas in which we believe there is potential for the most significant <br />improvement. Based upon the comments that we receive from this workshop, the <br />consulting team will proceed to refine their findings, and to identify operational areas <br />with the highest return for management improvements. These fmdings will be presented <br />to the City in the Final Report. <br /> <br />As outlined above, we have identified four- (4) major tasks or objectives for this project: <br /> <br />1. Data Collection and Review <br />2. Employee Interviews and Administration of Employee Confidential Survey <br />3. Current Department Performance Level Assessment <br />4.
