<br />15 INSURANCE REQUIREMENT <br /> <br />The Successful contractor shall purchase & maintain for protection from claims under worker's <br />compensation acts, claims resulting from negligent acts for damages of bodily injury, claims for <br />damages because of injury to or destruction of personal property including loss of use resulting there <br />from & claims arising out of the performance of this agreement. All insurance provided under this <br />contract shall be through an insurance carrier acceptable to the customer. <br />· Worker's Compensation Statutory <br />· Liability Combined limit <br />· Bodily injury: each person $1,000,000.00 <br />· Bodily Injury: Each accident $1,000,000,00 <br />· Property Damage: Each accident $1,000,000.00 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />· Automobile Liability & Property Damage Combined Limit <br />· Bodily injury: each Person $200,000.00 <br />· Bodily injury $500,000.00 <br />· Property Damage $100,000,00 <br /> <br />Prior to start of any work under this contract, the successful contractor shall provide to the City the <br />above referenced insurance certificate, Contractor shall notify City in writing (30) days prior to any <br />changes, cancellation or revocation of above coverage's. It is the contractor's responsibility to <br />maintain the above referenced insurance for the duration of the project. Failure to provide such <br />coverage's shall deem contractor non-responsive & null any & all contracts, <br /> <br />SIB <br />
