This work has been awarded to Coastal <br />Contracting and Development, Inc. in the amount of $141,000 contingent upon receipt of bonds, <br />insurance and a signed agreement. A copy of the procurement recommendation is attached for your <br />information. <br /> <br />Transmitted herewith for your use is copy of the permit drawings and notice of approval for your <br />information and review. Additional copies of the approved drawings are available in my office for <br />building permit submission. A meeting will be scheduled in the near future to review the project and <br />resolve all outstanding issues before the planned construction start date of November 1,2003. <br /> <br />We are looking fOIWard to working with you and your staff on this project.
