Hines �._ �,U, ...... <br /> City Clerk <br /> Date: September 9, 2004 <br /> Re: Resolution Establishing a Schedule for City Commission Meetings for Calendar <br /> Year 2005 <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> It is recommended that the City Commission adopt the attached Resolution establishing a <br /> schedule for City Commission meetings for calendar year 2005. <br /> REASONS: <br /> The City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach desires to establish a regular schedule of <br /> City Commission meetings for calendar year 2005. Consistent with the requirements of City <br /> Ordinance No. 2000-107, all of the monthly meetings have been scheduled for the second and <br /> forth Thursday of each month (except the March and October meetings) beginning at 7:30 p.m. <br /> Due to the observance of Purim, the second meeting in March is scheduled for Tuesday, March <br /> 22, 2004; and due to the observance of Simchat Torah, the first meeting in October is scheduled <br /> for the second Tuesday of the month on October 11, 2005.
