Specifications bearing the title Roadway and Resident Parking Improvements, <br />CGA Project No. 41223 consisting of items as listed in Table of Contents thereof <br />E. Drawings consisting of drawings by Civil Works, Inc. for Atlantic Avenue <br />Drainage Improvements numbered C1 -C3; Resident Only Parking by CGA <br />Project No. 03 -4415, sheets C1 -C10 <br />F. Anti- Collusion Affidavit <br />G. Certificate as to Corporate Principal <br />H. Certificate as to Corporate Personnel <br />I. Acknowledgement of Conformance w /O.S.H.A. Standards <br />J. Construction Performance Bond <br />K. Terms and conditions of City of Weston Bid No. 2003 -01 <br />all of which are expressly incorporated herein by reference, shall constitute the entire Contract <br />between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and it shall supersede all previous <br />and contemporaneous oral and written negotiations, commitments, Contracts and understanding <br />relating hereto. This Contract may be executed in multiple identical counterparts, each of which <br />shall be deemed an original for all purposes. <br />26. AMENDMENT. Any modification of this Contract shall be effective only if in writing <br />and signed by the parties to this Contract.
