<br />TERMINATION OF A LOCAL EMERGENCY <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with Ordinance 2002-163, the City Manager of Sunny <br />Isles Beach does hereby find that: <br /> <br />Due to the passing of Hurricane Frances and the rescinding of the Evacuation <br />Order by the County Mayor on Monday, September 6th, 2004, the City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach is no longer facing dangerous conditions of sufficient severity and magnitude to <br />warrant coordinated local government action to prevent or alleviate the damage, loss, <br />hardship or suffering threatened or caused thereby; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the State of Local <br />Emergency declared by the City Manager on Thursday, September 2nd, 2004 is <br />terminated as of Monday, September 6th, 2004. <br /> <br />Dated: q &I 0 'i- <br />City Manager, City of Sunny Isles Beach <br /> <br /> <br />.,.
