Except as expressly provided for in this Agreement, Contractor is not authorized to act as <br />the City's Agent hereunder and shall have no authority, expressed or implied, to act for or bind <br />the City hereunder, either in Contractor's relations with sub-Contractors, or in any other manner <br />whatsoever. <br /> <br />25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement and Attachment Exhibit "A," which is <br />expressly incorporated herein by reference, shall constitute the entire agreernent between the <br />parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and it shall supersede all previous and <br />contemporaneous oral and written negotiations, commitments, agreements and understanding <br />relating hereto. This Agreement may be executed in multiple identical counterparts, each of <br />which shall be deemed an original for all purposes. <br /> <br />26. AMENDMENT. Any modification of this Agreement shall be effective only if in <br />writing and signed by the parties to this Agreement.
