<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach <br /> <br /> <br />Data and IPT Voice Solution <br /> <br />Project Technical and Business Abstract <br /> <br />Business Issue(s} and Solution(s} <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach is moving to a new City Hall Administration building. <br />This building will also house the police department headquarters. At this time the <br />data infrastructure is disparate. With the move to the new building, there will be <br />consolidation of data, where a more robust and manageable solution is desired. In <br />addition, this infrastructure will support the converged applications for data and the <br />Cisco AWID IP Telephony solution. <br /> <br />To this extent, the City Of Sunny Isles Beach wishes to commiSSion Coleman <br />Technologies, Inc. (CTI) to provide proper design solutions oriented towards the <br />integration of new voice systems based on a comprehensive Cisco AWID solution. <br />CTI has provided a quotation under separate cover and this design solution is <br />outlined below. This document is a Scope of Work that defines the specific tasks, <br />project services, project implementation services and all associated fees that will be <br />provided by CTI to satisfy the requirements of the City Of Sunny Isles Beach <br />deployment. In addition, the customer has identified numerous telephony features <br />and operations that have been addressed in this document and/or will be more <br />specifically defined during the design specification phase of the project. <br /> <br />Additionally, this solution will provide Voice Mail facilities allowing all City Of Sunny <br />Isles Beach employees local and remote accessibility. Via the Unity system, City Of <br />Sunny Isles Beach will be provided with Auto Attendant operations as may be <br />required. <br /> <br />Coleman Technologies, Incorporated is pleased to provide this comprehensive voice <br />and data solution providing a converged network design and proposal. <br /> <br />Technicallssue(s) and Solution(s) <br />CTI proposes a comprehensive Cisco IP Telephony solution for the new City Of <br />Sunny Isles Beach offices called the City Hall Building.
