<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach <br /> <br /> <br />Data and IPT Voice Solution <br /> <br />Implementation Service Phases <br /> <br />1. Detailed Design, Site Survey and Pre-Planning <br />CTI and the City Of Sunny Isles Beach will begin project deployment by documenting <br />a project Deployment Plan that details the design, installation and deployment. This <br />documentation will be based on a multi-faceted deployment of a comprehensive <br />solution. This solution includes: IP Telephony, network infrastructure, Windows <br />2000 Server installation, Application installation, circuit integrations and phone <br />deployments. This phase should be complete with documentation on the approach <br />for integration of all the technologies referenced above and in a project plan. Tools <br />utilized in this phase should include: Microsoft Project 2000, Visio Enterprise 2000, <br />Microsoft Word 2000 and Microsoft Excel 2000. This phase will include the following <br />steps: <br />· Work with the city to understand the environment and to qualify the proposed <br />equipment requirements. <br />· Develop configurations for all proposed equipment. <br />· Develop the specific network designs and diagrams with input from the city <br />and/or the design team. <br />· Conduct on-site Site Survey(s) and deliver Site Survey Report(s) for all <br />equipment that will be located in the facility IDF's and MDF's. <br />· Review site survey reports, network diagrams, develop and deliver the site <br />readiness recommendations to the city. <br />· Site Survey limited to identifying power requirements, demarcation location, <br />environmental conditions, and physical space requirements for one site. <br /> <br />2. Project Implementation & Integration Phases <br /> <br />Infrastructure Preparation and Installation: <br /> <br />This step will include the installation and configuration of all Cisco routers and <br />switches. All Cisco routers will be configured data connectivity, LAN connectivity, IP <br />Routing, Voice Gateway, System Management, DHCP, Ouality of Service (OOS) <br />and Voice Transcoding. All Cisco Switches will be configured for VLAN assignment <br />for physical separation of Voice & Data, IP Addressing for multiple Subnets, port <br />assignment and OOS. <br />· Setup and test all Routing components <br />· Setup and test all Gateway components <br />· Setup and test all Switching components <br />· Setup and test all Core Switching components <br /> <br />IP Telephonv Facilitv Implementations <br />· Installation, configuration, and testing of Call Manager Publisher Server/TFTP <br />· Installation, configuration, and testing of Call Manager Subscriber Server <br /> <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />Use or disclosure of this information and data is subject to the restrictions found on the title page of this document. <br />
