<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach <br /> <br /> <br />Data and IPT Voice Solution <br /> <br />Client Responsibilities <br />This SOW and the pricing herein were prepared based on the following <br />requirements met by others and the following key assumptions. Any deviations from <br />these assumptions that arise during the project shall be managed through the <br />change management procedure as specified in Appendix A. Parties agree that any <br />changes in the assumptions may result in an adjustment in the pricing. <br /> <br />· Adequate and accessible work space in a Clean, Ventilated environment <br />including table and/or desk seating as may be requested <br />· All Cat. 5/6 and fiber cable infrastructure in place and tested (all sites). <br />· Up to date network diagrams <br />· Up to date wiring diagrams and cable specifications <br />· Respond to any actions generated from the site readiness review <br />· Adequate power supplied for all equipment including UPS's <br />· Adequate space and ventilation for all equipment <br />· Reasonable access to the site is provided to CTI personnel <br />· Reasonable access to all equipment is provided to CTI personnel <br />· Access to routers, switches, and other equipment necessary to complete <br />installation. Supervised access to password protected equipment is <br />acceptable <br />· Provide a single pOint of contact for project coordination with CTI. <br />· Provide security clearance and physical access to facilities, as required. This <br />includes badges, passwords, and access cards, parking privileges. All <br />existing network passwords will be provided to our technical resources and/or <br />have an available resource at the time of the installation. <br />· Ensure accuracy of data/information supplied to CTI. <br />· All required data backup facilities required for the Call Manager and Unity <br />Servers. <br />· Ensure all users and administrator(s) are present during the allotted training <br />times, on time and without interruption . - <br />· Provide all circuit information for PSTN/data carrier(s), including contact <br />information <br />· Ensure stable, reliable and effective Wide Area Network connections between <br />all City Of Sunny Isles Beach facilities, where applicable <br />· Provide a list of key resources for affeqted areas by the project to the CTI <br />Project Engineer prior to the project kick-off; including Name, Title, and <br />Responsibility, Phone & E-mail wherever possible. <br /> <br />Page 11 <br /> <br />Use or disclosure of this information and datu is sl/bjectto the restrictions found on the title page of this document. <br />
