Arias, Information Technology Director ,LI(\��I,"\'fi��� <br /> Date: October 14,2004 <br /> Re: Audio/Visual System for Sunny Isles Beach Government Center <br /> Recommendation: <br /> It is recommended that the City Commission adopt the attached resolution. <br /> Reasons: <br /> The City desires a state of the art audio visual system for the new Sunny Isles Beach <br /> Government Center. The system will include an audio and visual presentation system for the <br /> David P. Samson Commission Chambers, a video camera system to allow recording and <br /> broadcasting of events from the Chambers, an overflow area in the main building lobby with <br /> audio and video feeds from the Chambers, and displays in two conference rooms, three break <br /> rooms, and the main lobby. <br /> The selected vendor, Audio Visual Innovations, Inc., has provided services to many <br /> municipalities in the State including the City of Port St. Lucie, Lake County, and Broward <br /> County. They have provided a proposal under the following government contracts: <br /> • Broward County School Board bid#24-034N <br /> • Broward County School Board bid#24-025N <br /> • GSA contract GS-03F-0018N <br /> • Palm Beach County Government#03112 <br /> • Florida State University bid#K4764-0 <br /> • Palm Beach County School Board bid#02C-45M <br /> • Hillsborough County School Board #01-480-09 <br />
