Additional work will require additional written authorization from the Customer. <br />CTI will provide general support for City of Sunny Isles for all network support issues. The purpose of the Service <br />Agreement is to provide the dedicated resource to handle all IT support issues for the City of Sunny Isles for <br />approximate 2 months. This service agreement will provide a dedicated resource to the City of Sunny Isles to handle <br />the day-to-day IT support. These matters should include, but not limited to the following types of technology: <br />CTI can provide the following services to the Customer. <br />1. Configuration Services <br />2. Network management administration <br />3. Cisco IP telephony support, including voice mail <br />4. Network PC's and servers <br />5. Network infrastructure support <br />6.
