Landlord has granted Tenant a lease which includes, among <br /> <br />others, the following provisions: <br /> <br />I. Dale of Lease: July 8, 1997 <br /> <br />2. Description of leased Premises: See Exhibit "A" attached hereto. <br /> <br />3. Dale of Commencement: July 8, 1997 <br /> <br />4. Term: 20 Years. <br /> <br />5. The Lease contains a right of first refusal in favor of the Tenant <br /> <br />6.
