SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />", <br /> <br />Calvin Giordano & Associates will provide the following professional GIS Services under this <br />scope of service: ' <br /> <br />. Operation and Maintenance of GIS Website . <br />CGA will maintain web and database logs on a monthly basis using automated procedures and <br />packages follow by detail analysis ,of output reports and emails.Using the latest technology to <br />., manage high end web sites like Microsoft Application Center we can determine any patterns <br />and issues w'ith web and database seryers. <br /> <br />Specifications: <br />CGA will maintain and monitor web server and database logs to keep track of site stability. <br />The monitoring tools that CGA will use. detect hardware and software failures automatically <br />and can trigger actions, such as running scripts or sending e-mail notification, in response to a <br />failure. CGA will keep up to date the ArcSDE database that will reflect into the Front-end <br />interface via the web browser.. ArcSDE can be updated while City staff and residents are <br />accessing the system since this is a true multi user GIS solution. <br /> <br />Update and Maintain GIS Datasets <br />CGA will update and maintain the Parcel Base Map, Existing Land Use, Future Land Use, <br />Zoning, Real Estate Folio Number, Parcel Ownership, and FEMA GIS datasets originally <br />created by CGA fo{the City's GIS. ,Listed below are the features GPS'd and being maintained <br />under this scope. <br />1. Trash Receptacles <br />2. Bils Benches <br />3. Traffic Signals <br />4. Street Lights <br />5. Newspaper stands <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />Specifications: <br />CGA will maintain the existing GIS data current on a monthly basis. CGA will look at all GIS <br />data Layers and research to perform all updates. <br />1. Maintenance of Existing GIS Data Layers <br />a. The GIS par~el base map will be updated to reflect ani changes due to 'parcel <br />splits, parcel merges or parcel ownership. All parcel splits, merges and ownership <br />changes will be in accordance with the Miami-Dade County Tax Roll information. <br />Any parcel that reflects a change on the Tax Roll will be updated on the City's GIS <br />data.
