<br />SECTION 01700 <br /> <br />CLOSE OUT DOCUMENTS <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR shall provide at the minium the following documents at the completion of the Project. <br /> <br />1. 1- Copy signed and sealed of material test reports, including 28 day breaks for concrete (if applicable) <br /> <br />2. 5 -Copies of the "As Built" Survey <br /> <br />3. Operating manual, parts lists and warranties for equipment installed. <br /> <br />4. Final inspection release from the Building Department for WORK installed. <br /> <br />5. Release of lien from all subcontractors and materialmen. <br /> <br />6. Release from surety for fmal payment. <br /> <br />7. Final release oflien from the Contractor. <br /> <br />8.
