R-1237-oS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF <br />AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN CO- <br />PERMITTEES NAMED IN THE - NATIONAL <br />POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM <br />PERMIT NO. FLS000003 AND MIAMI-DADE <br />COUNTY PROVIDING FOR PERFORMANCE OF <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES BY MIAMI-DADE <br />COUNTY; ESTABLISHING RESPONSIBILITY FOR <br />THE CONTROL OF POLLUTANT DISCHARGES <br />AMONG ALL CO-PERMITTEES IN SHARED <br />MUNICIPAL SEPARATE STORM SEWER <br />SYSTEMS; AND AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY <br />MANAGER TO EXERCISE THE TERMINATION <br />PROVISIONS CONTAINED THEREIN <br /> <br />.;tl.. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Board desires to accomplish the purposes outlined in the <br /> <br />accompanying memorandum, a copy of which is incorporated herein by reference, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT~ESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> <br />COMMISSIONERS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that this Board hereby <br />r.(: <br /> <br />approves the Interlocal Agreement betwern Miami-Dade County and the co-permittees <br /> <br />. - <br /> <br />named in the NPDES Permit No. FLS000003, for performance of professional services <br /> <br />by the County associated with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System <br /> <br />(NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit, and establishing <br />responsibility for the control of pollutant discharges among Municipal Separate Storm <br /> <br />.. <br />Sewer Systems, in substantially the form attached hereto and made a part hereof, and <br /> <br />authorizes the County Manager to execute same for and on behalf of Miami-Dade <br /> <br />County; to execute amendments for time extension, and to exercise the termination <br />.t <br /> <br />provisions contained herein. <br /> <br />~ <br />
