Lessee shall not sublet the leased property or any part thereof, nor assign this Lease, without the prior <br />consent in writing of Lessor, this Lease being executed by Lessor upon the credit and reputation of Lessee. Lessee shall be solely responsible for all bills for electricity, lighting, power, gas, water, telephone and <br />telegraph services, or any orner utility or service used on the land. <br /> <br />f. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any applicable laws of the United <br />States of America. <br /> <br />g.
