Work generally will consist of a baseball field with lighting, perimeter on- <br />street parking, a new recreation center, a new gymnasium, landscape, infrastructure, <br />and miscellaneous site amenities. <br /> <br />Bids shall be on a unit price basis; segregated bids will not be accepted. Sealed bids <br />will be received by the Office of the City Clerk until 3:00 P.M., on Friday. May 20th, <br />2005 at the City of Sunny Isles Beach Governmental Center located at 18070 Collins <br />Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida 33160. Bids received after this time will be <br />returned unopened. Bids submitted will be opened publicly and read aloud at this time. <br /> <br />Bidders are to register in person at the Office of the City Clerk to receive authorization <br />to obtain the complete set of Bidding Documents.
