The Engineer <br />shall: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Prepare agenda for meetings. <br /> <br />2. Make physical arrangements for meetings. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Preside at meetings. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Record the minutes; include significant proceedings and decisions. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Reproduce and distribute copies of minutes within five working days after each <br />meeting. <br /> <br />a. <br />b. <br /> <br />To participants in the meeting. <br />To parties affected by decisions made at the meeting. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Representatives of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers attending meetings shall be <br />qualified and authorized to act on behalf of the entity each represents. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />The Contractor shall attend meetings to ascertain that work is executed consistent with <br />Contract Documents and construction schedules. <br /> <br />1.02 RELATED REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />A.
