Standard <br />specifications for quality and workmanship are indicated in the Contract Documents. The <br />Engineer may require the Contractor to provide statements or certificates from the <br />manufacturers and fabricators that the materials and equipment provided by them are <br />manufactured or fabricated in full accordance with the standard specifications for quality <br />and workmanship indicated in the Contractor Documents. All costs of this testing and <br />providing statements and certificates shall be a subsidiary obligation of the Contractor, <br />and no extra cliarge to the Owner shall be allowed on account of such testing and <br />certification. <br /> <br />E. <br /> <br />Furnish incidental labor and facilities: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />To provide access to Work to be tested <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />To obtain and handle samples at the Project site or at the source of the product to <br />be tested <br /> <br />3.
