The proposed resolution approves an interlocal <br /> agreement with the State Attorney's Office, authorizes the State Attorney's Office to prosecute <br /> these violations and authorizes the City to reimburse the State Attorney's Office for the cost. <br /> The City Manager and the Chief of Police have no objection to entering into this agreement with <br /> the State. <br /> HO/ENW/jb <br /> Attachment <br /> Agenda Item <br /> Date <br />
