It shall not be modified or amend- ed in any way by any purchase order or other <br />document issued by you, but may be amended only by a writing signed by both you and Compulink and <br />specifically referring to it. <br /> <br />This Agreement will be governed and construed by the laws of the State of California. The headings are <br />for convenience only and are not to be used to interpret this Agreement.
