<br />The School District of Lee County, Florida - RFP # 6211 <br />Document Imaging System <br /> <br />August 5, 2004 <br /> <br />Project Commitment and Corporate Qualifications <br /> <br />R&S Integrated and its principals understand and have studied ALL project requirements and <br />specifications as stated throughout SDLC's RFP, R&S Integrated commits to and will deliver a phased <br />approach solution that meets ALL project reqUirements and specifications as stated in the entire RFP <br />document. Through experience and project application, R&S Integrated and its principals can assure <br />SDLC that this project will meet ALL project requirements and specifications as stated in the RFP <br />document. <br /> <br />The intent IS to provide an economic, straightforward, and concise R&S Integrated response for review to <br />understand R&S' capabilities to satisfy all RFP project requirements As stated in the above paragraph, R&S <br />Integrated understands all project requirements and specifications as stated in the RFP and can assure SDLC <br />that the proposed Accounts Payable Imaging System. developed work processes. and R&S professional <br />services will meet listed requirements and specifications. <br /> <br />R&S will provide a Document Imaging and Management System (DIMS) utilizing the LaserFiche Electronic <br />Document Management System (DIMS) and R&S professional services. The project approach will utilize <br />standard and best industry practices to accomplish stated project parameters. Through historic and current <br />R&S document imaging projects, R&S has proven It can successfully provide a solution as specified in the <br />RFP requirements <br /> <br />Records management practices and regulations will be applied and integrated in this project as stated In the <br />Florida Administrative code, Chapter 18-26003 'Records Management - Standards and Requirements, <br />Electronic Record Keeping', as governed by the Florida Department of State, Division of Library and <br />Information Services. Additionally. recommendations will be made to provide the greatest level of data and <br />document security and integrity, and a comprehensive disaster recovery capability <br /> <br />R&S commits to the followmg project processes contract negotiation and signoff, project start and discovery, <br />generation and approval of detailed project plan, regularly scheduled project meetings, solution deployment <br />and integration, project Implementation, user and administrative training, acceptance testing, and on-going <br />support of project technologies and work processes.
