Termination For Convenience This Contract may be terminated by without cause upon thirty (30) day written notice to the Contractor. In the event of such a termination without cause, the Contractor shall be compensated for all services. together with reimbursable expenses incurred. In such event, the Contractor shall promptly submit to its invoice for final payment and reimbursement under the terms of this Contract. 12. Severabilitv if any term or provIsion of this Contract or the application thereof to any person or circumstances shall. to any extent. be held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Contract, or the application of such terms or provision to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it is held invalid or unenforceable, shall not be affected, and every other term and provision of this Contract shall be deemed valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by law 16.
