Hines, City Clerk <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />Susan Simpson, Cultural & Human Services Director <br /> <br />Priscilla Walker, Deputy City Clerk~ t..J ~ <br /> <br />February 23, 2006 <br /> <br />Community Shuttle Bus Purchase Agreement <br /> <br />At its regular meeting of February 16, 2006, the City Commission adopted Resolution No. <br />2006-884, which approved a shuttle bus purchase agreement with Atlantic Bus Sales (with two <br />minor changes). The Commision changed the delivery date to June 1, 2006 and added a <br />stipulation that the color of the buses will be submitted in 30 days. <br /> <br />Attached are the two (2) original agreements, which need to be executed by Atlantic Bus Sales, <br />and a copy of the approving resolution.
