Any deviation or amendment must be made in writing and approved by <br />the City. <br /> <br />Site for Installation <br /> <br />The sculpture shall be delivered and installed to the City's satisfaction at the Town Center Park. <br /> <br />One (1) Year Warranty <br /> <br />You agreed to provide the City a one (I) year warranty to cover any mechan ical defects with regard to <br />the construction and installation of the sculpture. Specifically, that the sculpture is fit for its intended <br />use and is not unsafe or subject to defective design, workmanship or manufactured from inadequate or <br />inferior materials. <br /> <br />Should you have any questions regarding any of the above-listed items, please do net hesitate to call <br />me. Please be advised that Jorge L.
