Support fees for the second term of <br />support shall be due prior to the start of that term. Fees for subsequent terms of support <br />will be due prior to the start of that term at the then prevailing rate, Rates for subsequent <br />years of support service are subject to change, <br /> <br />Third Party Hardware, Systems <br />Software and Services: ]00% upon execution of this Supplement. <br /> <br />Travel and Living Expenses: Travel and living expenses are in addition to the prices quoted above and will be invoiced <br />as incurred and shall be governed by the SunGard Corporate Travel and Expense <br />Reimbursement Policy, <br /> <br />SunGard Support Services <br />SunGard will provide the Customer with Support Services under the terms of the Licensed Program(s) Support Agreement. <br />The initial term ofSunGard application support services shall commence upon delivery of the first major module (such as Base <br />CAD, RMS, JAIL or Mobile) of the Licensed Program(s) and extend for a twelve (12) month term, Subsequent terms of <br />support wi II be for twelve (] 2) month periods, commencing at the end of the initial support period. <br /> <br />Application Training <br />Additional application training, ifrequested by the Customer, can be provided upon request at the standard billing rate in effect <br />at that time, Training fees do not include travel and living expenses. <br /> <br />Project Management <br />Project Management fees wi II be invoiced in the amounts and under the terms stated above, A mutually agreeable work plan <br />will be created by the SunGard Project Manager and the Customer. Additional Project Management, if requested by Customer, <br />will be invoiced at the then current SunGard rate.
