Remote <br />access is obtained by using the Application Scrvices Workstation and a pcAnywhere session. SunGard rccommends using our secure <br />Cisco VPN solution over the Internet to create the connection required for pcAnywhere access. If the VPN solution is to be <br />implemcnted, SunGard will assist the customer with the installation.
