Maas, Chief of Police for the Sunny Isles Beach Police Department, certify that <br />the above-listed items meet the guidelines of permissible uses for the expenditures of <br />federal forfeiture funds, as provided by 21 D.S.C. ~ 881, which include defraying the cost of <br />protracted or complex investigation, or providing for crime prevention and community <br />policing projects, to the extent that such expenses will increase the resources available to <br />the Sunny Isles Beach Police Department and ensure further cooperation with the federal <br />law enforcement agencies. <br /> <br />~~~ Q.71~r If <br /> <br />Fred A.
