BENEFTS OF PROGRAMMED MAINTENANCE The Preventative Maintenance Program you are about to review is specifically designed for S:unny Isles City Hall to maintain the operation of its HV AC equipment at peak efficiency. This program is I;ustomized to meet all of the unique requirements of your specific HV AC equipment. City of Sunny Isles will derive many benefits from a well-designed and implemented maintenance program. Southeast Mechanical Contractors's Preventative Maintenance Program is designed to help you reduce the cost of operating and maintaining your HV AC systems. OUf goal is to help you control y,)ur overall maintenance costs via a blend of predictive, diagnostic, and scheduled maintenance tasking services. With this Preventative Maintenance Agreement, City of Sunny Isles will benefit as follows: 2.1. Energy Dollar Savings Preventative Maintenance keeps Sunny Isles City Hall equipment in peak operating conditil)n, thereby reducing energy consumption. Our program provides the proper maintenance tasking proce.dures that include cleaning all heat transfer surfaces and calibrating your equipment to operate at peak perfc,rmance. 2.2.
