City of Sunny Isles wilJ he responsible for scheduling access with both Southeast Mechanical <br />Contractors and owners/tenants. <br />6. Any additional service work will be billed at a rate of $65.00 per hour or $95.00 per hour <br />overtime outside normal business hours and during holidays or weekends. Normal bllsiness <br />hours for service work are Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Service visits outside <br />of this schedule will be billed at the overtime rate listed above. <br />7.
