FOR MAINTENANCE OF TOWN CENTER PARK <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />It is recommended that the City Commission approve the Amendment to Agreement <br />with Lukes' Landscaping, Inc. for the maintenance of Town Center Park, adding a <br />$4,333.33 monthly payment. This adds $52,000.00 to the annual expense from <br />$358,126.00 ($29,843.83 Monthly) to $410,126.00 ($34,177.16 monthly). <br /> <br />REASON (S): <br />Town Center Park is a large park with much landscape material and more to come. The <br />Saint Augustine on the outer perimeter is mown once each week, however the area of <br />Bermuda Grass inside the sidewalk requires mowing twice weekly. <br /> <br />OTHER INFORMATION: <br />The original estimate of costs in man power and equipment amounted to $63,140.00 <br />annually.
