Except as expressly provided for in this Agreement, Contractor is not authorized to act as the <br />City's Agent hereunder and shall have no authority, expressed or implied, to act for or bind the City <br />hereunder, either in Contractor's relations with sub-Contractors, or in any other manner whatsoever. <br /> <br />25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement and Attachment Exhibit "A," which is expressly <br />incorporated herein by reference, shall constitute the entire agreement between the palties with <br />respect to the subject matter hereof, and it shall supersede all previous and contemporaneous oral and <br />written negotiations, commitments, agreements and understanding relating hereto. This Agreement <br />may be executed in multiple identical counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original for all <br />purposes. <br /> <br />26. AMENDMENT. Any modification of this Agreement shall be effective only if in writing <br />and signed by the parties to this Agreement.
