<br />ZONING <br /> <br />Under Ordinance of the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> <br />Classification: TC, Town Center District <br /> <br />Permitted Uses include multifamily apmiments, hotels and motels, commercial services and retail <br />goods (including spas and health clubs, beauty salons, clothing, florists. gi ft shops, banking services. <br />phannacy, newsstands. and restaurants), conferencing facilities and meeting rooms, offices, business, <br />medical and professional, public and private educational facilities, parking lots and garages, public <br />parks and recreation facilities, and government uses. All uses, ifnot prohibited below or specifically <br />pennitted above but which can he construed to be allowed under these permitted lIses, shall be <br />deemed permitted. <br /> <br />Conditional Uses include bars, taverns and lounges, provided that individual establishments shall <br />not exceed 3,000 square feet in gross floor area.
