Vera, Assistant City Manager Service Division \ V <br />Douglas Haag, Assistant City Manager Finance Division )j~~V,J <br /> <br />November 27, 2006 <br /> <br />Petition <br /> <br />A petition was submitted to the City providing a majority of the residents in the Atlantic Isles <br />subdivision approving infrastructure improvements consisting of sanitary sewer installation, <br />pavement restoration, resurfacing and drainage. <br /> <br />We have reviewed the petition and confirmed that all the signatures are of the property owners in <br />the subdivision. There are 61 assessable parcels on the island, 35 of property owners (57%) have <br />signed the petition giving their consent to do the above infrastructure improvements through a <br />special assessment. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT 1 <br />
