We <br />provide an appeals process for any ernployee who feels that his/her position has been classified <br />incorrectly. We work closely with you and your management team throughout the process to <br />assure that you are informed and that there are no "surprises." We rely on you and your <br />rnanagernent team to help assure that recommendations from the study do not create a disconnect <br />with the political realities of the City. <br /> <br />Typically, we are not the lowest bidder for a classification and cornpensation study (neither are <br />we typically the highest bidder). However, we firmly believe that the thoroughness of our <br />process and the fact that we tailor the process to the organization makes our process the "best <br />buy." Our satisfied clients can attest to that. <br /> <br />We welcome the opportunity to discuss our proposal in person or teleconference. This proposal <br />is valid for 120 days from the date of receipt by the City.
