<br />Section 1. Approval of Purchase.. The City Commission hereby authorizes the purchase of <br />Twenty-One Thousand Eight Hundred (21,800) plants from The School Board of Miami-Dade <br />County, Florida, in a total amount not to exceed Thirty-Eight Thousand One Hundred Fifty <br />Dollars ($38,150.00), as quoted on the proposals attached hereto as composite Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />Section 2, Authorization of the City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do <br />all things necessary to effectuate the terms ofthese Agreements. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />Effective Date.
