The winning bid for removing everything located within the twenty foot easement <br />and constructing a wooden 6' shadow box privacy fence is $109,927.44. <br /> <br />REASONS: <br /> <br />Reclaiming this easement is necessary for the Gty to proceed with the Florida Power & Light under <br />grounding program already established. <br />After formal advertising, only two bids were received.
