Solera, Community Development Director <br /> <br />October 17,2006 <br /> <br />Transfer of Development Rights for Sunny Isles Resort Developers, LLLP. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDA TION <br /> <br />This resolution is presented for your consideration. <br /> <br />REASONS <br /> <br />The applicant, Sunny Isles Resort Developers, LLLP, is requesting the Transfer of <br />Development Rights in the amount of 51,749 square feet and twenty-five (25) dwelling <br />units to be use in the proposed development for the property located at 17475 Collins <br />Avenue.
