John Szerlag, City Manager <br /> <br /> <br />FROM: Hans Ottinot, City AttorneY~ <br /> <br />DATE: November 9,2006 <br /> <br />RE: 500 Sunny Isles Boulevard <br /> <br />As you know, if the City Commission approves the option agreement for the above-referenced <br />property, the City will have a 60-day option to purchase the property. In addition, the City is <br />required to deposit the option fee of $450,000.00 to Chicago Title after the execution of the <br />agreement by the Mayor. I would appreciate your assistance in making the check available on or <br />before November 18, 2006. The Check should also be made payable to Chicago Title. <br /> <br />In anticipation of the approval, I am asking that your office procure the necessary Phase 1 <br />Environmental Report.
