Proposal No. 05-5388 <br /> <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br />181" Drivc Activc Park -Inspection Scn'ices <br /> <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br /> <br />Inspection services for the construction of the 181 sl Drive Activc Park in the City of Sunny Islcs <br />Beach. <br /> <br />I. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The serviccs below have bccn cstimatcd for up to 195 hours, anything abovc that will requirc <br />additional agreements. <br /> <br />Contract Administration Services: <br /> <br />A. Meeting with Contractor and appropriatc regulatory agencies when requested and <br />nccessary for consultation or conferences in regard to construction of the project. <br />R. Issue interprctations and clarifications of the Contract Documents, and evaluatc rcquested <br />dcviations from the approved design or spccification. In connection thcrewith, revicw, <br />prepare and process any work change directives or change ordcrs requested by the <br />Contractor or City. <br />C. Review shop drawings, samples and other data which the Contractor is required to submit, <br />but only for confonnance with the design conccpt of the projcct and compliance with thc <br />specifications. <br />D. Review, approvc and process pay request. <br />E. Make daily inspections for compliance with plans and spccifications. Make interim <br />inspcctions for substantial completion; approve pay requcsts and perform a final <br />inspection to detemline if the work has been complctcd in reasonablc conformance with <br />the intent of the Contract Documcnts. <br />F. Review as-buiIts provided by the Contractor. <br /> <br />Inspection Scrvices: <br /> <br />A. Monitor construction of thc work and verify the construction is within rcasonable <br />confonnancc with the intent of the Contract Documents. <br />B. Provide inspection reports to the Owner and rcgulatory agencies, as requircd. <br />C. Regular inspections of the site to ensure schedules are followed and City standards are met <br />(up to 750 hours of inspection time). <br />D.
