First Street, Suite 2130 <br />Miami, FL 33128 <br /> <br />Re: <br /> <br />Resolution Approving Interlocal Agreement between Sunny Isles Beach <br />and Miami Dade County for Active Park Recreation/Community Center <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Galan: <br /> <br />At its regular meeting of January 19, 2006, the City Commission adopted <br />Resolution No. 2006-880, which approved an Interlocal Agreement between the <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach and Miami-Dade County for the construction of a City <br />Recreation/Community Center and various park facilities and accepted Three <br />Hundred Forty-Seven Thousand Dollars ($347,000.00) from the Building Better <br />Communities General Obligation Bond Program.
