<br />IBM Customer Agreement <br /> <br />This IBM Customer Agreement (called the "Agreement") governs transactions by which you purchase Machines, license ICA <br />Programs, obtain Program licenses, and acquire Services from International Business Machines Corporation ("IBM"). <br /> <br />This Agreement and its applicable Attachments and Transaction Documents are the complete agreement regarding these <br />transactions, and replace any prior oral or written communications between us. <br /> <br />By signing below for our respective Enterprises, both of us agree to the terms of this Agreement without modification.
