Lubricate fan bearings per manufacturer's recommendation. <br />2. Lubricate motor bearings per manufacturer's recommendation, <br />3. Check belts and sheaves. Adjust as required. <br />4, Check coils, <br />5. Check and clean drain pan and drains, <br />6. Lubricate and adjust dampers and linkages. <br />7. Inspect filters. <br />8. Check motor operating conditions, <br />9. Inspect electrical connections, contactors, relays and operating/safety controls. <br />10. Check compressor oil level, acid test oil and meg motor(s) 20 HP and above. Check crankcase heater <br />operation (DX only). <br />11, Start compressor, check operating conditions and adjust as required (DX only). <br /> <br />Operational Inspection <br />1.
