John Szerlag, City Manager <br />Doug Haag, Assistant City Manager - Finance '\')'t'f\ ~ <br /> <br />January 18, 2007 <br /> <br />Central Island Stormwater Drainage Project - Addendum to Interlocal Agreement <br />between City of Sunny Isles Beach and Miami-Dade County <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />This resolution is presented for your consideration and approval. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br /> <br />In January, 2006, the City of Sunny Isles Beach and Miami-Dade County entered into an <br />Interlocal Agreement for the use of Building Better Communities General Obligation Bond <br />Program funds for construction of the Central Island Drainage Stormwater project. We <br />recommend your approval of the attached addendum to that agreement. <br />
