DCA will issue its Notice of Intent to <br />find the adopted amendment in compliance within 20 days. The effective date of <br />the amendments is approximately 45 days from submittal of the adopted EAR- <br />based amendments. <br /> <br />The 1 O-year Water Supply Plan will be adopted pursuant to SB 360 and 444 and <br />submitted to the appropriate review agencies to include: Miami-Dade County (for <br />consistency with the County's Plan), the South Florida Water Management <br />District and the State of Florida Department of Community Affairs. <br /> <br />The Education Facilities Element will also be adopted and submitted to the <br />appropriate State and regional agencies and Miami-Dade County Public School <br />District for review as a comprehensive plan amendment.
