Vera, Assistant City Attoreny Service Division~ <br /> <br />February 8, 2007 \J <br /> <br />Evaluation Appraisal Report (EAR) Consulting Services <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />It is recommended that the City Commission adopt the attached resolution authorizing the City <br />enter into a contract with Bell David Planning Group, Inc. for consulting services in the <br />development and adoption of the City's EAR- based amendments. <br /> <br />REASONS <br /> <br />The City has obtained proposals from three planning consulting fIrms for the preparation of the <br />EAR- based amendments.
