O'Leary Richards Design Associates, Inc. was one of <br />the three qualified and ranked firms. As such, enclosed are the three (3) original <br />agreements for signature and witnessing by O'Leary Richards Design Associates, Inc. <br /> <br />Upon completion, please return the originals to my attention.
